Management Services
When you purchase your apartment at Lady Well Views, you will have access to the full range of facilities and support services available to each of our residents. Examples of the range of services available is listed on the right, but feel free to contact us with any queries you may have.
Management Fee
In addition to the purchase price, there is an annual management fee payable which contributes towards the upkeep of the building and communal areas.

Below is an indication of the wide range of assistance we can offer. Our Support team would be happy to visit you to discuss how we can tailor these services to meet your particular needs. The services are charged on usage, based on an hourly rate (rate to be advised).

- Assistance with mobility

- Help to use toilet, to wash and to shower/bath
- Food preparation and help with eating and drinking
- Assistance with medication
- Assistance with personal hygiene
The handy-person service is available to help with jobs around the house, for example hanging pictures, decoration or facilitating other individual works.
